Each Timberline Boiler is built by hand to ensure quality and performance. Because of this, please allow 1–2 weeks for build time after your order is placed.
Once your boiler has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Trophy Boiler LLC offers a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or normal wear and tear.
The Trophy Boiler is designed for outdoor use only. Never light the burner without water in the pot.

What is your return policy?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their Trophy Boiler purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items only. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Used or damaged products cannot be returned. Defective products may be refunded or replaced upon review of submitted photos.
