Refund policy

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their Trophy Boiler purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items only.

Items must be in original packaging and condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Used or damaged products cannot be returned.

Defective products may be refunded or replaced upon review of submitted photos.
