This policy explains how cancellations work for pre-orders and other purchase options. For details on returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or in production. Because these items require upfront material costs, payment is collected in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel any order or pre-order that has not yet shipped.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Trophy Boiler LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
